Integration tests were disabled by this commit as the API configured in https://github.com/opengeospatial/ets-ogcapi-edr10/blob/master/src/main/resources/test-run-props.xml seems to be unstable which blocks a release of this test suite.

As soon as a stable API instance for testing is found, test-run-props.xml and VerifyTestNGController shall be updated to enable execution of tests again.

There is a reference implementation which can be used for the integration tests: https://demo.pygeoapi.io/cite
