Problem

We now have an AI system able to read prices on price tags in supermarkets (reads the price, and the barcode printed in digits)
Allow bulk proof addition for Open Prices (with just date and location)
Need to be pedagogical that receipts are not eligible for bulk proof addition
Additionally, add a buutton linking to a webview of the Price Validation Assistant (the next step, with AI generated predictions to validate)
