6.4 Reference institution has a few issues

The reference institution located here https://github.com/equella/equella.github.io/blob/master/guides/6.4VanillaReferenceInstitution.tgz has issues with the save scripts in the Books, Journal and eReserve articles collections. Meaning when you attempt to save an item it doesn't get saved.

Also, there are Ecommerce related ACLs at the collection level that cause issues an error upon opening the Collections Tree in the Admin Console security manager.
