2. Ensure draft PR is using released versions of paragon/frontend-build/frontend-platform from npm
3. Set up sandbox to test draft PR
4. Get draft PR approved
5. Create new master-design-tokens branch off of latest master
6. Update PR to point to master-design-tokens, move out of draft
7. Merge PR

I think we can discard this one, undertanding that is used only in edx-platform (it is in deprecation process) https://github.com/openedx/studio-frontend?tab=readme-ov-file
