[Library editors] Bug: Basic editors broken after open advanced editors. #1668

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Text block in a library
Create a Drag and drop block in a library
Open the Drag and drop block editor, close it.
Open the Text block editor. You can see the bug.

Known information

Occurs in basic blocks: video, text, problem.
The basic editors fail until refresh the page.
