Env .yml file

@Mares2022 Could you check which env .yml file is the right one to use and stick to one version?

Hi Robyn, the second version of the environment file is the version that Julia and Sanne could install in their computers. I tried to install the version that is currently in the GitHub, but I couldn't. I agree to keep only on environment file, but we have to check why is creating installation errors. Did you create the environment with a virtual linux machine? Do you think that is the problem?

Hmm I didn't use linux though but I think having it on my laptop different compatability settings than yours or Sanne's. Let's keep the one that works best with our virtual windows environment (VMWare) i.e. Sanne's and Julia's last environment file as they are/will be the main users.
