Implement GWAS analysis based on Spark/Parquet #17
An important analysis that Oskar should offer is the GWAS analysis based on Spark framework and taking Parquet files as input. The GWAS implementation relies on Fisher and ChiSquare dataset transformer already implemented in Oskar.
The implementation will follow the Analysis and AnalysisExecutor schema.
