Use proxy on or off

• I'm using an up to date version of OpenBullet2. We generally do not support previous older versions. If possible, please update to the latest version before opening an issue.

Description of the feature request

On the new openbullet 2 when you click on your job in the use proxy box have an option to turn it off or on instead of clicking on the edit settings button and changing it from there.

By the way the new web gui looks amazing.
