Random (orally) mispronounced words

Have folks experienced the realtime API randomly mispronouncing words? For example, 'great' may come out sounding like 'krute', or 'floor' could sound more like 'fleer'.

The problem occurs intermittently with no apparent rhime or reason. It's not tied to specific words and the transcript is correctly rendered in those instances. I'm using 'sage' as the voice.

Are there any tips or recommendations on how to tackle this issue?
