Expose responses API store parameter

I'd like to control the store parameter of the responses API. Ideally this should be configurable on an agent level. Optionally or additionally it could be configurable in the RunConfig as well.

This would allow me to control if messages are logged to Dashboard \ Logs \ Responses.

Currently there does not seem to be a way to disable this kind of persisted logging.
