Describe the bug

The Realtime SDK is not emitting transcript / history events when a message from the user triggers a tool call

Expected behavior

I would expect to see the message in the history, I can see the tool call but not the message that triggered it

I just did a bit of investigation on this.
It's worth noting that I do see the conversation.item.input_audio_transcription.completed with the proper text when logging from the underlying transport session (WebRTC).
When there is not tool call I do see a item.retrieved just after but where there's been a tool call due to the item, I don't see that item retrieval (thus the history doesn't get updated)
