Managed to get a screenshot of this behavior.

this dosen't happen if user hovers hovers over the globe before going ovber to nav i have added a small fix "pointer-events-none",
adding more logic to manually trigger closing on drawer open need a lot more structuring as globe right now is a static import so states can not be passed
