From the "Re: Credere - Retrospectiva y siguientes pasos" email thread, we are logging bounces to Cloudwatch, but AFAIK we aren't receiving any metadata about e.g. the email address of the bounce.
Cloudwatch > Metrics (left side panel) > All Metrics > SES > Account Metrics
Last I checked, our bounce rate is low, so there isn't a concern re: losing SES access due to excessive bounces.
For Redmine, we had configured it so that bounces were emailed to a given address. We can set that up if needed.
(Just logging this issue as I clear old emails.)
