Provide example with related entities

Thanks for putting this together and making it available.

Can you provide an example where the form collection is a related entity, rather than just a string, and has its own form.

For example, instead of just favorite fruits, a shopping cart, with the fruit, the quantity, and maybe "notes" or "okay_to_substitute" checkbox.

I'm currently working on version 0.2 of the base component, so I'll have to pick this up after that, but in general there's not much difference.
