Build appears to require Build Tools revision 17.0.0 as well #7

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

What went wrong:
Execution failed for task ':tf2_ros:compileReleaseAidl'.

failed to find Build Tools revision 17.0.0
Try:
Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output.
