Bulk data entry?

I have requested the Queensland Government to release the ward map data for all local councils within Queensland. If it is released, then I'll need to add 77 submissions that would be all the same.

Is there an easy way to do this and similarly an easy way to review and approve the submissions?

If each State releases this data then through 8 bulk submissions we could create 569 entries.

Definitely no plans for bulk import of submissions, but we'd happily accept pull requests that contribute such a feature.
