Emptying a value does not delete the row

When you empty a category, a tag or a use and you save it does not delete the line in the types.xml file
Instead it leaves an empty value example:

[ojemineh]

yes - for some reason wich i can not remember - you can not delete an item from the list. the main purpose of this program is to edit items. but you've got a good point. a editor should be able to delete items. so this will be in the next version. thank you.
