User Story
Add a backup and restore functionality that includes

backup of the json file
restoring a json file from the file system

Acceptance criteria
After exporting the app will download all songs in the json file and add the playlists.

Definition of Done
A user can choose a json file to load for the app.
There will be export/import buttons in the settings menu
