Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

Using the Query asset type and the JDBC Resource Connector, plus a new classification called, say, ObservabilityQuery make it possilbe to extract details of the queries used to extract observability data for an element - such as an informaiton supply chain or solution component.
