Please describe the new behavior that that will improve Egeria

This connector is an audit log destination connector that is called each time an audit log message is generated by Egeria's runtime/connectors. When it starts up it creates tables to use in the configured PostgreSQL database schema. It then listens for audit log events and writes the information it finds in them to the PostgreSQL tables.

Configuration

The configuration for audit log destinatio nconnectors in a server's configuration document determines wich categories of audit log events should be passed to an audit log destination. This connector would typically expect to receive Active, Error, Exception, Action and Desicion log records.
