[I18N] *: export and manually edit pot files

This commit removes the test about pot files because some terms from a
module are overridden in another module (see e.g. new App menu in
booking_engine, renamed in hotel, guest_house, ...). To properly handle
those terms, a manual edition of the pot file is necessary.
