--mcmc-noinit option doesn't work #84

Currently, the --mcmc-noinit option doesn't cause any changes in the program. This is due to the following line

shapeit5/phase_common/src/phaser/phaser_initialise.cpp

Line 106 in 3d97fcd

if (!options.count("pbwt-disable-init")) H.solve(&G);

that should be changed to options.count("mcmc-noinit").
