Replace Eventlog with olly #17
Description
This section refers to Eventlog: https://github.com/ocaml-multicore/parallel-programming-in-multicore-ocaml#eventlog, which no longer exists in OCaml 5. This section should be replaced by olly to do the same thing. Perhaps even showing how to use gc-stats.
