Interactive tutorial for new teachers

Design for a potential interactive tutorial for newly registered teachers.

Key points:

• It would walk the teacher through key parts of the dashboard (school management, class management, class settings).
• Also walk through the Rapid Router settings, even though in a different place? i.e., level creator, scoreboard and level moderation
• Tutorial should be optional but also trigger-able at any point.
