Kafdrop maxes out CPU same time every day

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask but trying to determine which cron or process runs daily that might spike the CPU enough to make Kafdrop freeze up for an hour or more. I run 4 different Kafdrops in 4 envs that are almost identical and one of them does this.
