Producing a single html file from observable framework

This is has maybe been asked of before but I could not find it. Apologies if I’m asking again

is it possible to produce a single self contained html file (not a directory) that contains all the JS modules and data (we can assume data is few mb).
I have a another framework that accepts single self contained html files and I wanted to upload the observable framework single html files to this framework

Framework has no native support for that. There might be third-party tools that work, though. I recently saw https://github.com/Y2Z/monolith (but did not test it).
