Two pairs of redundant content in skills/dispatching-parallel-agents/SKILL.md:

Pair A: "Don't use when" vs "When NOT to Use"

Lines 42-46 (under "Don't use when"):

- Failures are related (fix one might fix others)
- Need to understand full system state
- Agents would interfere with each other

Lines 126-131 (under "When NOT to Use") — same content rephrased:

**Related failures:** Fixing one might fix others - investigate together first
**Need full context:** Understanding requires seeing entire system
**Exploratory debugging:** You don't know what's broken yet
**Shared state:** Agents would interfere (editing same files, using same resources)

Fix: Remove the "When NOT to Use" section (lines 126-131). The "Don't use when" list already covers it.
