installation and getting started doc is broken #126

There is some issues in the install documentation:

the dependencies install fails: polipo is not in debian anymore
gem install fails: some options does not exists anymore, removing the options do the trick
gem install of some requirements needs build-essentials
git is also missing from the dependencies: required for adding templates
