Deps: implement 32x9 feature in proof-systems

An improved implementation of the field operations for the web node, coined 32x9 has been drafted in this patch.
The current version used of proof-systems in OpenMina is the one pointing to this patch, as this patch has been merged.
An issue on proof-systems, o1-labs/proof-systems#2638, has been used to track the evolution of the work.

We need to move the implementation to o1-labs/proof-systems, to centralize all the changes that are shared by the OCaml and Rust node. The implementation might require additional testing.
The CI of OpenMina must also be updated accordingly as we have a special job testing the feature.

Related to #1153.

This project has probably an interesting impact on o1js, and @Trivo25 should be included in the loop when the work is merged in proof-systems and in this repository.
