Create ability to run Stata commands from pipeline

Something like a subclass of blueprint(), e.g. stata_blueprint(), that wraps the command argument with a temporarily writing a do-file, calling Stata to execute the command, and then load the output back into the pipeline.

• Create stata_blueprint() and tar_stata_blueprint()
• To run Stata command, create temporary working directory to store all dependencies and output
• Safely remove assets when complete
