Vue Language Tools 2.0

Hi! Vue language tools 2.0 has been released. With this came the following changes:

• Takeover Mode has been deprecated
• "TypeScript Vue Plugin" extension has been deprecated.

This means that most of the info in the ReadMe as well as the recommended extensions will need to be updated.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Since 0.0.5 TypeScript Vue Plugin has been removed from the pack. If you still find it it means you just need to update. And just released 0.0.6 with TakeOver mention removed.
