Is is possible to dynamically remove a script?

My use case is that I am using cookiebot, and a locale en, de etc has to be passed with the request.
Which the user switches locale in the app via nuxt i18n, I would like to be able to remove the cookiebot script and DOM nodes, then fire another request for cookiebot in the new locale.
