Add ability to import data

Related to #2 and #5 to allow the user to import backup data. The Android app allows users to backup data, but I can't import it into my iPhone since there is no data being stored.

The database and export/import process is being updated with data error checking. And, the text lines are in place for translation across the supported translations.

@digilou Would you be interested in testing a beta pre-release?

@marc-medley I don't have my Android phone anymore or an export from that phone. But if there's still a way I can help or test, let me know.

@digilou This particular update will be for the Apple iPhone version of the Daily Dozen app. Perhaps the "I don't have my Android phone anymore" indicates access to an iPhone? :-)

The export/backup, import/restore will provide the data in CSV format which is compatible with common spreadsheet programs.

I'll post a public beta TestFlight here when ready. You can decide then if you (or anyone you know) would like help test the pre-release at that time.

@marc-medley Ah, I was thinking about data import from a CSV from an Android phone. Yep, still have an iPhone. Happy to help test.
