Note tag requires ID but i cant see the ID when adding

If i want to add a tag that contains a contact and note, I cant see the IDs

By v1.4, it is only possible to look at the contact id and note id by first listing them using note list and contact list command.

In future version of tagline, we would like to add recommendation feature to makes it more convenient to tag a note.
