Summary

A stress testing framework is needed for anyone who is interested in doing some testing in his/her environment.

The output would be:

A stress testing framework as well as documents on how to run it;
Some basic output data (e.g. tps) with specific criteria (such as running what pipeline in a k8s cluster with what node spec, etc).
