Warning: not found: compass

Hi, i am trying to push to heroku but it gives me the following warning then aborts due to this warning.

Warning: Running "compass:dist" (compass) task
remote: Warning: not found: compass Use --force to continue.

A previous warning from logs:

-----> Installing Compass
You don't have /app/tmp/cache/ruby/.gem/ruby/2.3.0/bin in your PATH,
remote: gem executables will not run.

Hey guys, someone of you fixed this issue? How did you do that?
We need to fix the compass line on Chef... :(
