gateff and gatef2 should be in same function

gateff allows for the processing of Zr in ZrH, alongside the processing of H in ZrH. Since the only difference between 1095 in gateff and 1095 in gatef2 is the atom that we're looking at, it's reasonable to have them both treated in the same function. The only thing is that in the ZrH case, the mat numbers are different, whereas they're the same in the latter.
