Pre processing

Data pre-processing for MoMA consists of two consecutive steps:

1. [Image registration](Image Registration), and
2. [Interactive](Interactive Growth Channel Separation) or [automated](Automated Growth Channel Separation) data preparation.

While the registration is for aligning the time series, the data preparation step vertically aligns the growth channels and crops each channel in a dataset of its own.
