Chronological order

I'd want to sort BIP not only by number and by author and by status, but also by date of number assignment.

I think that would make sort of a chronological order, that can be good.

I think the order of the documents and how old is each one, helps understand the context of each document.

Hi @katesalazar! I think that's a great idea. When you say "date of number assignment", I assume you mean the Created field that's part of the metadata of each BIP? For example, https://bips.dev/370/ shows 2021-01-14

I mean the date where the number was assigned by the BIP editor/s, but I couldn't care less, I think that any working date would be better than no date sorting at all.
