See CHANGELOG.md, your answer lies somewhere in there 🙂
But generally no - this was a patch version bump and would not include breaking API changes like that.

yes, i noticed that, the toggle system was changed in version v0.11.0, today i updated the plugin, from lazyvim, and when i tried to open the opencode in toggle mode, got an error, later i need to fix the code for opencode.nvim to get the new way of toggling working
