Is there a way to add a React app to this monorepo?

I'm aiming to add a React (microfrontend) app to this repo and build upon that.

It's a proof of concept I'm working on but with no success :(

Anyone has any idea how can I make it happen?? Already tried a lot of approaches but nothing works
