Inference Extension: Product telemetry #3843
Description
As an NGF developer, I want to enable product telemetry for inference extension usage, so I can determine how popular the feature is and what type of work should be prioritized.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Product telemetry is collected to show usage
- This could be number of Routes that reference an InferencePool, or the number of referenced InferencePools
- No PII or sensitive info should be collected
- Product telemetry doc is updated to describe the new information that is collected
