Apply status to WafPolicy

As a cluster operator
I want to be able to view the status of my WafPolicies and the affected resources
So that I can understand the health of these resources

Acceptance

• WafPolicy status is updated as detailed in the enhancement proposal
• A guide is created to demonstrate to an operator how they may check the status of the WafPolicy (especially around seeing what policy is active, if an update was successful, etc on a resource)
