Collect Node Size

As a maintainer of NGF
I want to collect the size of the node NGF is running on
So that I can prioritize optimizations for larger nodes as we see the node size increase
And so that I can match a typical user environment in my non-functional tests for NGF

Questions:

• How many optimizations can we prioritize based on the numbers collected here?
  • Worker optimizations - do we want to match the number of workers to the number of cores on the node if their are other workloads on the Node?
• Is it easier to just implement the optimizations rather than prioritize this data collection?
• Is this data useful in any other cases?

Decided to de-prioritize this one for now since we would use this data for the prioritization of one other story, worker optimizations.

Until we have stronger use cases for this data, it is unlikely we will implement in the near future.
