Judging by the opening time being in january, the project can't quite be dead with the latest changes in the master branch being made afterwards (4 months ago). Still somewhat concerning. ^^

Unsure if it has the same contents, but there's also an organization github page which is still up.

From the issues:

• Useful wiki information (which wiki?) was migrated to the website.
  • Covers hardware devices, RFID/NFC protocols and standards.
  • Many pages are stubs, but may contain useful external links.
• Developer information belongs in the per-project README.md, rather than on the website.

Not much activity since 2015 though. Perhaps it's enough to get an overview.
