Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. In a Talk conversation create a Poll and save it
2. After, you can vote, save or export as draft
3. You can also change your vote but you can’t add, change or delete an option.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be really great if it were possible to add, change or delete an option. You can do this in WhatsApp.

This might fall under the same category as #8675:

• Action to add/delete an option might be biased depending on current votes
• Somebody might have already voted to option (to be deleted), or wasn't aware of newly added option

There are poll drafts existing already, IMO that should be enough for a playground. It is just easy to create a draft from existing poll, make changes, and post it again (closing prevous one as incorrect)
