Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On my NC instance, there are a lot of teams that I can see under /apps/contacts/, but I'm not a member of those teams. Sometimes I need to share a file with all members of that team. But that isn't possible since those teams don't show up.

Also return the visible teams when searching for the sharees in /app/files

Describe alternatives you've considered
A workaround is to find all members by hand. For a small team, this is doable, but not for large teams.
