Unable to set *Day* of Birth

After choosing the drop-down for the year, and then the month, when I click on the date (27th) it fills in as the 26th. I cannot manually type in the 27th either.

Are you referring to the same matter as described in #49828?

P.S. Please use the bug reporting template in the future. We need more details to reproduce/fix problems.

This looks very similar, in that once a date is set, it does not capture the correct date and reverts to another arbitrary date.
When I went back into the settings again, a bit later, I was able to set it correctly. Originally it was only showing birth years back to 2017.
