UI: Enhanced settings dialog as fallback for Linux systems w/o tray menus

There are Linux distributions that do not have the tray menu feature.
Due to this, the user an not reach all features which are only linked there.
The systems default to the Activity dialog, but this does not provide any further navigation.

Proposal:

• Enhance the settings dialog by shortcut buttons for Activies, Online Status, Assistant, Search (only at tray level 2 now)
• Make the settings dialog the new default on systems without tray
• Add "add account" to the settings dialog

I'd say it's an OK proposal, but I wish we would have thought about this beforehand…

what do you mean by this? Where possible we keep using the tray. for the others we fall back to this dialog directly.

Perhaps this is the confusion: we change the settings dialog for all. so also on macOS it will look like this when coming via the tray menu. we do not introduce different UIs. just how the user reaches this unified setting. Was this the question?
