client fails to create a conflict dialogue (for 0 byte files)

Steps to reproduce

1. in my case a 0 byte file was created by the android client while uploading pictures (different issue)
2. I try to manually upload that file PXL_20251228_083639196.jpg from the phone again by sharing it to the nextcloud client
3. I get a notification that there is a conflict and if I tap on it the nextcloud client opens and states "could not create conflict dialogue"

Expected behaviour

Create a conflict dialogue and let me choose which file to use. Actually, for a 0 byte file, there might be an obvious solution.

Actual behaviour

see above, no conflict dialogue is created
